By focusing on scalability and replicability, ensuring continued local editions through committed partnerships, connecting with other youth learning initiatives, and building a network of organizations across European cities, the Innovatory model can achieve significant and sustainable impact. Regular monitoring and evaluation will help refine the approach and maximize its effectiveness.

  • The Innovatory Resolution

    Recognizing the rapid changes and challenges faced by modern societies, it is imperative to equip young people with the skills necessary to navigate and thrive in an increasingly complex world. High schools play a crucial role in shaping the minds and attitudes of young individuals.

    Therefore, it is essential to create environments that foster critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and proactive attitudes. This resolution outlines the importance of such settings and provides a framework for their implementation.

    This resolution defines work on developing critical skills of the future starting from the importance of such skills with an additional proactive attitude of young people which can be enabled through a safe and supportive environment. It focuses then on an imple,entation framework enhanced by evaluation mechanisms, collaboration and partnership and advocacy towasrds decision-makers on this matter.

    The Innovatory Resolution was developed in the framework of European Innovatory, which aimed to create a European movement of high-school pupils, teachers and trainers, experts and decision-makers involved in a creative and collaborative learning process identifying needs and problems in society and providing creative solutions on local and European level based on the method of Design Thinking.
